Scope of Work & Scheduled Completion: Removal and replacement of existing slate and flat locked roof systems with new slate and copper flat locked panels. Built in gutters were coated with liquid applied membrane system. Downspouts and collector boxes were fabricated and installed. Minor roof deck remediation was completed. All chimneys were re-pointed. Completed September 2007
