Perform the terms of this agreement. Contractor reserves the right to terminate the work at any time for cause upon written notification to Owner. In the event an action is brought by Owner or Contractor to enforce any provision herein, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit as may be determined by the court. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina and venue for any dispute shall be Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. If any provision of this agreement shall be deemed to be partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not effect or impair any of the remaining terms.
